Introduction
Brava Labs (BRAVA LABS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, NIF B75776930) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your data.
We build simple, focused tools. Collecting your personal data is not part of our business model — we don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for tracking. We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve our apps.
Information We Collect
Our apps collect very little personal information. Specifically:
- Crash reports and diagnostics: When an app crashes, Apple may collect and send us anonymized crash logs through App Store Connect. These reports help us identify and fix bugs. They do not include personally identifiable information.
- App usage analytics (optional): If you opt in through the App Store, Apple shares aggregated usage metrics with us. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users.
- User-generated content: Data you enter into our apps (such as task lists, timers, or budgets) is stored locally on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, this data is synced through your iCloud account under Apple's privacy policies.
We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personally identifiable information through our apps unless you contact us directly.
How We Use Information
The limited information we receive is used solely to:
- Identify and fix crashes and bugs in our apps
- Understand general usage patterns to prioritize improvements
- Respond to support requests you initiate by emailing us
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.
Third-Party Services
Our apps and website interact with the following third-party services:
- Apple: App distribution, in-app purchases, iCloud sync, and crash reporting are handled by Apple. Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare: Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process request metadata (such as IP addresses) for security and performance purposes. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
We do not integrate any advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social media trackers into our apps.
Data Retention
We do not store personal data on our own servers. App data lives on your device and, if you choose, in your iCloud account — both under your control. Crash reports received through Apple are retained for as long as is necessary to resolve the underlying issues.
If you contact us by email, we may retain that correspondence for up to 3 years for support and legal purposes, after which it is deleted.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding any personal data we hold about you:
- Right of access: You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure: You can request that we delete personal data we hold about you.
- Right to data portability: You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object: You can object to our processing of your personal data.

Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
