How do I contact support?
Email us at hello@bravalabs.io. Please include your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro), iOS or macOS version, and a brief description of the issue. Screenshots are always helpful.
The app won't open or keeps crashing. What should I do?
First, try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, restart your device. If the issue continues, delete and reinstall the app — your data is backed up via iCloud if you have iCloud Drive enabled. If none of these steps help, contact us with your device and iOS version.
How do I request a refund?
App purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Apple handles all billing and refund decisions. If you have questions about your purchase, feel free to reach out to us as well.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or App Store → [Your Name] → Manage Subscriptions on Mac. Select the app and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
My data isn't syncing across my devices. How do I fix this?
Our apps use iCloud to sync data across your devices. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices and that iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings. If sync still isn't working, toggling iCloud off and back on for the app (Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud) often resolves the issue. Give it a few minutes to re-sync.
Which devices and iOS/macOS versions are supported?
We support the two most recent major versions of iOS and macOS. Specific requirements are listed on each app's App Store page. We recommend keeping your device up to date to get the best experience and latest features.
I bought the app on one device. Can I use it on my other devices?
Yes. App purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not a specific device. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID, you can download and use our apps on all your eligible devices at no extra cost.
